About Us:
TSS is an advisory council helping US & Europe based companies on Offshoring strategy - defining the right mix of offshore and onshore, identify the target component, vendore selection and management, define the process infrastructure and maturity model. TSS assists companies to setup the offshore captive IT and BPO centres.
Background of the Team:
TSS Council members have average experience of 15 years with a overall 100 years of management maturity. Partners have experience working in PwC, C&L, E&Y, McKinsey, Mercer, Watson Wyatt, TARGET, SUN, SHARP, WIPRO, IBM, Cognizant and Deutsche Bank.

Our Services:
TSS provides consulting support to existing captive centres in the areas of Business Process Re-Engineering (BPR) - optimizing the usage of vendors, defining a vendor management and monitoring system, addressing the HR (staffing & retention issues) through AS IS analysis, GAP Analysis, Creating a Road Map on the Maturity Model. TSS provides assistance in creating a Defect reduced Six Sigma process model.
TSS also advises investment firms across the world on IT & BPO investment opportunities and conduct research for them.
Sponsored / Contract Research:
TSS conducts contract / sponsored research in the areas of investment opportunities in IT & BPO in India / emerging markets. The group also works on research in the areas of strategy management, marketing and human source (human capital management).
TSS also does technical research in the areas of Enterprise Architecture, Data Warehouse, Data Mining and Data Analytics.

TERMS
TSS works on a partnership mode. While we charge consulting fees, we keep our cost low to provide advantage to the customer and ask for partnership in growth.
ASSIGNMENT PLAN
TSS proposes to carry out the consulting in a three phased manner with the last phase being a continuous process of sustained process and maturity upgrade. Phase I will involve goal & objective setting exercise, identifying stake holder’s expectation, defining “Key Result Area” (KRA) and doing an “AS IS” & “GAP Analysis.
