The product designs, models created by CAD systems can be transformed into physical parts
with an accuracy of +/- 0.10 to 0.20 mm in a matter of few hours/days . The parts so developed
can be used for form, fit, functional tests without even manufacturing the toolings. It helps in
checking your ideas and concepts in a few days i.e. in the design stage itself even before
starting the tool manufacturing activity. Necessary changes to your designs can be iterated
before start of any manufacturing activity. Even assembled chains or sub-assembly with moving
parts can be used to create RPT .The following are advantages of using RPT

validation/Iterations.
