The QA Group
We have set up a Quality Assurance (QA) group, which is responsible for improving organizational excellence implementing the best practices for quality control at all levels. This is achieved by continuously educating our staff, innovative process improvements, training, measurements and development of customer and employee satisfaction programs. QA Group also ensures that all applications, delivery processes and procedures are assessed and reviewed at appropriate intervals to determine that they meet the needs of our Clients. We constantly enhance standards, methodologies and tools based on feedback from our staff and customers. Feedback received from the clients is given directly to all operations staff for continuous improvement of their performance. The directors, managers and team leaders have the following direct responsibilities,

Define and implement processes, procedures, techniques and methodologies to support consistent high quality and high productivity work.

Operations Staff
Every Employee has a minimum High School Certification.
Basic Training: All employees undergo mandatory training on Spelling, Keying and In-Put of data. Accent and Customer Centrism, Vocal and Software Stimulation.
Process Training: Employees are then trained on domain specific skills required for executing various assignments by experienced authorities on the subject matter.
Continued Training: Apart from the basic and process training, regular training programs are conducted, for updating them to match the quality expectations of our global customers.
