BPO Certification Institute Inc., (BCI) the world’s largest BPO Certification body appointed Delhi-based Hero Mind Mine (HMM) as its Chartered Certification Training Provider partner for India on August 29, 2007. This partnership is expected to market BCI’s 8 professional certifications to over 300,000 Professionals in India’s 3000 and odd BPOs and Call Centers over the next two years.

Hero MindMine is a part of the prestigious USD 4 billion Hero Group and has trained more than 20,000 professionals so far.
