CorpSolutions is a young organization operating in the area of Financial Consulting, Business Process outsourcing, Manpower recruitment and Finance Training. The firm is headed by Mr. Pankaj Mohan who is a qualified Chartered Accountant having experience of 10 years in the area of Financial accounting, Treasury and cash management solutions, Income Tax , Service Tax, Salary Tax planning and Transaction processing. Pankaj is assisted by senior Chartered accountants and MBA’s to provide consultancy and handle onshore assignments.

He has worked with leading companies namely Sterlite Industries (Group Turnover Rs 10,000 Crs) and Tata AIG Life Insurance (Gross Premiums Rs 850 Crs) in the capacity as Assistant Vice President. Since Life Insurance companies have strong process oriented culture, he has first hand experience of setting up of a company and defining operational processes.

After working in the corporate sector for almost a decade, he decided to start his own outfit to
provide Financial, Tax and Recruitment consulting.

As a Consultancy outfit, we provide the following services:
• Treasury & Cash Management solutions.
• Tie-ups with banks on collection / disbursement arrangements.
• Document Business processes and evaluate internal controls.
• Concurrent audit / Process Risk detection
• Tax and Regulatory consultancy. i.e Income Tax and Service Tax.
• Tax deposit, returns and representations before statutory authorities.


Process Outsourcing

Our core strength is process championship in finance area and therefore we have expertise in providing process-outsourcing services. We can handle your routine processes in the area of:
• Bank and financial reconciliation.
• Payroll review and audit
• Travel and expense claim processing.
• TDS reconciliation and e filing of return.
• Bills processing.



Recruitment Services

Corporate sector has undergone a sea change during the past 3-4 years and we see finance professionals actively participating and accepting cross-functional roles. The leading example is I.T giant Infosys where the CFO has accepted a new role as Head of HR. There are also examples where HR professionals have been recruited as CEO’s. The new Indian corporate sector is hungry for skilled staff and we saw an opportunity in this space. Price - INR 30,000 per seat per month

Payment Term - 50% in advance and balance on completion of job
