We, at SAMSEL MEDISYS, a Medical Transcription Production Unit based in Chennai, India take great pleasure intimating you about our value-added services. Samsel Medisys has been founded in the year 2001 and since inception it has crossed many a milestone in terms of customer satisfaction, quality, quantity and cost effectiveness.

We understand the fact that MT work's utmost requirement are: Accuracy, Confidentiality, and Turn Around Time and as Quality minded people, we can deliver the aforesaid principles of MT industry.

We have set up a Unit at Chennai with easy convenience, modernized systems and Software required for Medical Transcription; we have some of the best qualified and skilled Transcriptionists, Analyzers, Supervisors, System Managers and Management Team. The capacity of on-going production unit is 5000 lines per day.

TERMS
We are comfortable with 12 Hrs TAT. Even a lesser TAT could be managed in emergency cases.

We will do our best to maintain an accuracy of 99% and even more than that as we get used to the dictation.

We are familiar with Dss, Dvf, True speech formats. But we use converter to convert any format to wav files to facilitate the use of foot pedals.

We are exposed to a wide range of templates. And we strictly adhere to the clients specifications regarding template and formatting.

At present, we are handling around 5000-6000 lines per day on an average. We are dealing for a Toledo based Medical Transcription Company for the past 7 years. We are looking out for live work for further expansion of our company. We have a spare capacity for doing more work immediately. The workload can also be increased as needed.
