iMarque is a private limited company incorporated in the mid of 2004. Modeled on the acquisition mode of business formation, iMarque identified and acquired a two and a half year old ITES company running under the name and style of Hilogic. Hilogic has domain expertise on diverse business domains like image conversion, medical records digitization, Statistical Research and Analysis, and insurance claims processing to name a few. An excellent team with experience and expertise were the driving factors in acquiring Hilogic. iMarque has acquired total rights of business including transfer of all contracts, employees and consultant strength, technical know-how and all assets.

iMarque started off with a staff strength of 40, we have already grown more than three fold in the short span since we started our operations. Already expanding into new domains like e-accounting, payroll processing, cheque processing and financial transaction processing, iMarque has set itself up for a perfect take-off from the strong foundations already laid down.

iMarque is based out of Chennai, India and operates out of a state-of-the-art delivery center located at T.Nagar, which is the heart of the city. A 7000 sq ft delivery center with an operating capacity of 200 physical workstations, iMarque has spared no efforts in providing a perfect working environment which focuses on quality and timely delivery.
