The business process outsourced services is the division that provides the following services to transnational clientel:
· Data management services including scanning, JPG to Doc conversion, HTML, XML conversion.
· Customer contact services: inbound, out bound, sales lines, support centers.
· Multimedia 2d and 3d animation with out audio.
· Engineering services: CAD services, digitization 2d and 3d planar optimization.
· E-accounting and other services
We are equipped with the state of the art facility consisting of more than 200+ systems networked as per CAT6 (unstructured) standards with Linux server and a dedicated 256kbps link to the internet and environmentally conditioned including humidity and temperature control storage for safe keeping data. The power supply is 100% backed up with power conditioning and back up mechanisms. The facility includes state of the art scanning equipment capable of creating more than 30,000 images in an 8-hour shift.
