Netgains provides AutoCAD designing drafting services using Autocad 2D 3D CAD drafting's development solution including architectural CAD, civil CAD, electrical CAD, electronics CAD, mechanical CAD, GIS CAD work, CADD draftings .dwg .dxf, Solidworks 2006 drawings and drafting outsourcing solutions for our clients in Europe, USA and Asia. We also provide cost effective web designing development solution for clients in USA, Europe, and Asia.

TERMS
1. Definitions (In this agreement the terms have the following meanings):
“Netg@ins” is Netgains network Solutions P. Ltd. whose registered office is #28, Sector 20A, Chandigarh, India, 160020.
“Customer” means any person, company, partnership, organization or body at whose application, Netg@ins agrees to provide the services under the terms of the agreement.
“Agreement” means the contract between Netg@ins and the customer to which these conditions will apply.
“Services” means the design of drawings to the customer specification as notified on the order.

2. Payment

2.1 Netg@ins accepts payment by wire transfer, paypal (the information for the same if provided above) (although we reserve the right to decline payment in any of these forms without notice to you). Without limitation, NETG@INS does not accept payment by credit card unless paid using paypal. NETG@INS reserves the right to withdraw any payment methods at any time and to vary its prices without notice to you.

2.2 A non refundable deposit of 20% of the quotation fee is due with starting of the agreement, unless otherwise agreed. On completion of the site the customer will receive an invoice for the remaining 80% plus any additional fees for services mutually agreed at the time of the development, unless otherwise agreed or stated in the proposal. This will be due for payment strictly within 7 days of submission. Drawings will not be transferred to the permanent server until full payment has been received.

2.3 A cancellation fee may be charged if the customer cancels the service prior to completion. The fee will be equal to the amount of work completed at the point of cancellation.

3. Delivery

3.1 On completion of the service, the drawings will be uploaded to the customer area of NETG@INS’s server for approval. and later uploaded to customer's server.
