FOCI has a state of the art network infrastructure managed by IT professionals with globally recognized IT certifications from key technology providers like Cisco Systems, Microsoft, and CompTIA. Our call center is equipped with dual fiber connections (45 Mbps each) with backup microwave and leased line connections from various providers providing us with more than 100Mbps of ultra fast and redundant connection to the internet. We have uninterruptible power supplies and back-up diesel generators enough to power the facility in the event of a power outage. To add further resolve in FOCI's quest to provide a reliable backroom service, management practitioners from various sectors e.g. banking, marketing, medical, sales, services and government hold key positions in the company.

The company started with only 2 seats. Since then we have increased headcount by more than 750% in only a span of 8 months, and continue to meet our quarterly targets in income returns, hiring and quality assurance. Our English is accent-neutral. It is quite and easily understandable by both North American and British speakers.
