Outsourcing Ukraine is an IT consulting and development company located in Sevastopol, Ukraine. Since its creation in 2000, Outsourcing Ukraine has provided cost-effective and reliable IT solutions to a wide range of European and North American companies.
Nowadays, an effective IT solution is more than simply a matter of knowing technology. At Outsourcing Ukraine, we understand it’s a matter of understanding the client’s business goals. This means that always think about:
- the end-users – interface never was so important; we believe that end-users need to have an intuitive and visually appealing way to use any kind of software or web-site;

Outsourcing Ukraine concentrates on developing its expertise in the areas of web and application development using the best technologies available from Microsoft (like .NET, XML Web Services, C++, and SQL Server), In addition, we provide cross-platform software solutions (based on wxWindows C++ SDK) and web applications for Linux platform (based on Perl/PHP and MySQL).
To date more than 50 projects were delivered to the offshore customers (ranging from 100 to 5,000 hours).

TERMS
Hourly rate is EUR 8.00. We accept international bank transfers in USD and EUR. In most cases we provide a proposal with technical details and time/cost estimate (quotation) to the customers so that they can have an idea of our project vision. From the other hand, the project may have no strict requirements and timeline - this way monthly payments apply (based on hourly rate and actual time spent). Normally, we don't ask for the upfront payment, though this depends on the project (e.g. if we need to setup a specific development environment or purchase hardware/software required for the particular project we might ask the client to re-imburse this upfront).
