A/R management: Analysis of the existing system for improvement, show improvement of collections on fees for service payer agreements, handles calls for Denials / Rejections, prioritize the client accounts by identifying the payer-mix to reduce delinquencies



We analyze: To keep track of electronic & paper claims; watch out for major rejections – clearing house/ carriers; keep a watch on EOB’s from major carriers for payments, pay-to address, provider numbers etc. Watch for changes in data entry rules and be aware of billing rules for the specialty; ensure that AR days meet industry standards.



Reports: Monthly review report, Aged AR reports Insurance wise, Aged AR Report Doctor wise, Doctor Financial Report, Audit Recap Report, Report on weekly account review, Production and Quality to Management, Account/Team performance report, Process new client and problematic transactions.



Coordinating with the Client on a weekly basis and getting updates on every issue. Ensuring compliance to internal and external regulations and procedures. Preparing/ collating and analyzing reports.
